That's My Toy has a Flat Rate Shipping charge of $9.95 within Australia for your total order, this includes tracking of your order. Orders over $150, excluding shipping, enjoy free standard shipping within Australia. Please let us know if you have any special shipping requirements. What are the delivery charges? The delivery charge at That's My Toy is a flat rate of $9.95, including tracking of your order. If you would like your order sent overseas, postage is charged based on Australia Post parcel rates. Please email us for a quote prior to placing your order. Once you place your order, we will email you directly to discuss the shipping arrangements and payment. Express Satchel Post is an option when you select your shipping type. We use 3kg Satchels which can fit small toys and generally a few small items. If you select Express 3kg shipping and your items do not fit in the satchel, we will send you an email asking if you would prefer to pay for standard Express shipping or if you would like your parcel sent normal shipping. You are welcome to ask us prior to placing your order, if your items will fit in our satchels. Gift wrapping is also available for Express 3kg shipping, simply select the appropriate shipping option. EXPRESS POST is available for an additional charge. Please email us for a quote based on location and the size of your package. Australia Post guarantees delivery in 1 day to metropolitan areas and fastest possible delivery in country areas. If you would like to take this option, please call or email us and we can have this organised. When will I receive my toys? Orders are packed within 24 hours and shipped on the first available business day. Orders received before 10am will be packed on the same business day. We will either sent your order via Fastway couriers or Australia Post depending on which service will deliver your parcel the fastest for your area. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be sent an email detailing the item and when it will be back in stock. You have the option to wait for the item, request a exchange for that item or a refund. All orders sent via Fastways will be given a Fastway tracking number which you will be able to check online at fastway.com.au If you are not home when your package is delivered a card will be left and you will be able to arrange a more suitable time for redelivery or sign the back of the card to request that your parcel is left in a safe location. Orders sent via Fastways Couriers are delivered based on the times quoted below. Please note that the times given are in business days. Local Melbourne: 1 - 2 days Sydney, Canberra, Launceston, Adelaide: 1 - 2 days Perth: 4 - 7 days Brisbane: 2 - 3 days Orders sent via Australia Post generally take between 2 - 7 days. All orders will receive tracking number which you can check on http://auspost.com.au/index.html For a more exact delivery time please see the Australia Post link below. Please enter the Lodgement Postcode as 3000 and your post code as the Destination Postcode. It will not matter what you enter for the weight and size of the parcel. http://auspost.com.au/index.html Please note that parcels sent via Australia Post will include a Do Not Safe Drop Sticker on them so that packages will not be left if you are not home. If you are not home, a card will be left and you will be able to collect your parcel at your local post office. Can you ship to PO Boxes Yes, absolutely. If you have any problems, simply put the PO box address in the special delivery instructions. Is gift wrapping available? Yes, all items can be gift wrapped, except Dollhouses, Fairy Houses, Garages, and Gyro Cars. Gift wrapping is charged at $2.95 per item. You will be given the option to have your gift wrapped when you select your toys. Please select from our four gift wrapping papers and add a gift message and we will do the rest! Our packages are professionally wrapped including high quality gift wrapping paper and satin bows. Recycled Packaging That's My Toy is trying to do our part of protect our environment. One of the things that we have always done is to recycle the endless boxes that we receive. We use these boxes to ship our parcels to you our customers. We also source recycled packing materials to keep your toys safe while in transit. We love providing beautiful toys to children, but at the same time we want to limit our impact on the world that they will inherit.
